KD-220 Type Six-trough Carpet Washing Machine

Application:

This machine is suitable for washing the carpet which after printing, steamed and fixation, also applies to other heavy textile and nonwoven fabric printing after washing, the machine washes well, and save on water costs.

Equipment process:

Open-width feeding carpet → electric positioning cloth guider → six grooves washing + six sets of five tons pressure padder →expanding→ sixteen drying cylinders→outlet section→finished products

Manufacturing standards:

Feeding frame: made of  16# channel iron; wash bowl is made of 2.5MM SUS304. Guiding roller: made of 150MM diameter coating roller, Stainless steel.  Squeezing roller is made of 250MM diameter NBR roller, each padder has two coating rollers. Drying: use 14# channel iron for rack, drying vertical roller is made of 38# C type steel, φ800MM drying roller is made of stainless steel, exit frame use swing outlet or center unwinding outlet, users can choose either of them.(machine temperature: automatic control)
