Application

This machine is a professional machine especially for gilding, embossing and printing various fabrics, decorative fabrics, short woolen fabrics and artificial leather.

The main technical features:

The device of printing and sizing: put various flower-shaped patterns on various fabrics.
Oven: 6m, hot wind circle, the highest temperature is 100℃, 3.6# fans 2 sets
Heating oil roller: realize extension, embossing and gilding by the pressurizing of F160m/m cylinder at the temperature over 150℃.
Rolling: rolled by torque motor; harvest: has the setting to separate the paper and cloth; open-width piling machine is driven by a frequency converting motor whose power is 1.5KW.
Drive mode: frequency converting motors: 3 sets, to drive the printing and sizing, drying and hot pressing of the fabrics synchronously.
