Application:

The machine is a professional machine for embossing films such as PVC foaming leather.

The main technical features:

• Baiting: regulating the invariableness of magnetism powder automatically or manually by using magnetism powder controller and tension controller.
• The warm-up equipment adopts F1200 chrome-plating smooth roller to heat, quartz lamps and semicircle hood heat in the same time, the highest warm-up temperature is 250 centigrade. PID controls the Controllable Silicon Surge to keep the constant temperature. The warm-up hood can be decent or ascent manually.
• Embossing roller: Φ370,   silica gel roller: Φ390,   water cooling and cold pressing
• Φ570 cold water roller for cooling
• Φ219 three rollers rolls, rolled by bloating axis

1. Drive mode: driven by BWD14-43-11 KW motor. Stepless reducers: 3 pcs. The warm-up roller, the embossing roller, the cooling roller and the harvest roller roll initiatively.
