KD-220 type energy-efficient type knitted open-width washing machine

Application:

This machine is mainly used for after-printing washing cotton,blending knitted fabric and elastic webbing. Also for chemical fabric such as spandex for treatment before deoiling and soaping after dyeing.

Technical process of complete machine:

Open-width feeding frame(attachment centering device) → Single drum wheel washer → Double drum wheels washer(five groups) → Single drum wheel washer → screen board type apron wheel box A → screen board type apron wheel box B → Double drum wheels washer(two groups)→ two rollers padder → open-width amplitude cropping

Technical parameter and structure of main unit machines :

1, Feeding frame: made of edgefolded steel plate ,equipped with tension frame,guide roller,attached centring device.

2, Single drum wheel washer:

One pcs of screen shape drum with dia.φ780mm,roller surface equipped with 6 pcs of shower pipe,inner loop circulating pumb ,power 3kw,rotate speed 2960rpm；circulation volume is 50T/h.

Two pcs of drive rollers (dia.φ300mm) “Ω”shape  pass through fabric with 780mm of drum,synchronized operate with nip roll,equipped with one set of sensor,1 pcs of drive separator roller before into nip.Temperature 90℃,box material is 3mm SUS304,roof with cover,seal of water seal structure ,two sides of windows can be looked into and open(ring sealing strips seamless connection).Rotating wheel adopts external stainless steel bearing block,mechnical seal.Steam pipe direct heating(with silencer),temperature display inside the box ,bleeder valve pneumatic controlled.

3, Douuble drum wheels washer:

Two pcs of screen shape drum with dia.φ780mm,roller surface equipped with 6 pcs of shower pipe,inner loop circulating pumb ,power 3kw,rotate speed 2960rpm；circulation volume is 50T/h.

Three pcs of drive rollers (dia.φ300mm) “S”shape  pass through fabric with 780mm of drum,synchronized operate with nip roll,equipped with one set of sensor,1 pcs of drive separator roller before into nip.Temperature 90℃,box material is 3mm SUS304,roof with cover,seal of water seal structure ,two sides of windows can be looked into and open(ring sealing strips seamless connection).Rotating wheel adopts external stainless steel bearing block,mechnical seal.Steam pipe direct heating(stainless steel pneumatic valve),temperature display inside the box ,bleeder valve pneumatic controlled.

4, Screen empty apron wheel box:

Box material is  3mm SUS304, Screen empty apron wheel  board type yarding,temperature 80℃,fabric content: 300-350m.Automatic temperature control.

Two times of fixation:intermediate temperature and high temperature fixation,equipped with foam clean mouth to avoid colour spots.

5, MH596A two rollers padder(5T)

Composed of steel plate and square tube.Top roller: Φ300mm(outside coated with NBR);bottom roller: Φ300mm(outside coated with NBR)(drive);pressure mode:cylinder lever-type; cycloidal pinwheel reduction box,5.5kw AC motor duplex chain coupling drive.Equipped width spray and bumper bar.

6, Cropping frame:made of edgefolded steel plate,with rubber roller and amplitude device.

7, Spare parts:seller manufacture according to the buyer’s drawing design.
