Application:

This machine is mainly used for rabbits, wool sweater washing and sanforising, and can also be used for washing, sanforizing, bleaching and soften treatment of other fabric.

Machine strucure

• transmission device

The rotating cage are driven by motor through four A triangular belt and gear box, AC variable frequency speed convertor (user selected), rotor reversing and stopping is automatically controlled by the electrical controller.

• main components:

               1.rotary cage

①The rotating cage shaft is made by 45# steel, that goes through the forging and heat treatment.

②The cage body, all made of stainless steel, and is equipped with longitudinal lifter. interval are uniformly distributed on the rotating cage, that make the fabric turn round by friction with the rotating cage, and prevent the fabric from entanglement, achieve the purpose of washinging and sanforizing.

               2.outer cylinder

Oter cylinder body is made of stainless steel material, the sealing belt and PFFE belt are inserted into the groove of the front and back cover block to prevent leakage, stainless steel plate are plated inside the front and rear cover, with two hot and cold water valve on the end of the top, for putting into hot or cold water during working, on the top there is an air outlet hole, the heating system are compounded by the thermal cycling muffler at the bottom.

During the machine works, the inlet and outlet of the material are through door on the outer cylinder body, the door equipped with washing box, used to add detergent and take sampling, and also equipped with E-stop device, when the door opens, it will automatically cut off the power supply.

3.electrical cabinet

Electrical control box is equipped with a full set of control system, that can be mainly divided into two parts, one part is the rotating cage controller, the other part is the controller for rotating cage reversing and stopping time.

4.timer

The timer used in process of time adjustment, and control the working time, adjustment and controlling range of time is 0~120 minutes.

Machine operation and usage

1, each part of  the machine should be checked before starting (including electrical system), if all are in the normal state.

2, put the fabric into the rotary cage, close the door of the outer cylinder and fill the water, press the start button, make the machine running, and then add detergent for washing and milling through the washing box on the door. Washing time can be pre set on the timer, the timer will ring in time, and yellow signal lights is on, then can open the drainage valve to drain away the washing liquid, and then close the drainage valve, open the cold water valve to wash the fabric clean in the machine, then transfer to the next process of dehydration.

3, after sanforizing process or a shift end, do cut off the power supply, wash up the dirt in the cage, close the inlet valve, steam valve, and finally close the drainage valve.
