Feeding device
Feeding frame is made of folded steel plate, equipped with fabric tight device,fabric guide roller,edge guide etc.
Padder
HFM512 is two-roller padder: the rated pressure is 3 ton, single squeeze nip, using under pressure, upper rollers are steel rollers, driven by inverter motor reducer transmission, steel roller diameter is 225mm, and outsourcing is 2mm stainless steel plate. Under rollers are glue rollers, diameter is 250mm, rubber material is butyronitrile rubber, thickness is about 18mm. Upper and lower nip rollers body is made of seamless steel pipe production and pipe wall thickness is 28mm. driving power is 2.2kW
HFM513 is three-roller padder: nominal pressure is 5 ton, double squeeze nips. Up and down rollers are rubber rollers, the middle roller is steel. Up rubber roller is main drive. The diameter is 300mm, the material of rubber roller is butyronitrile , thickness is 20mm. driving power is 5.5kw.
MH915 steaming and washing cabinet
Guide cloth roller is up 5 down 6, cloth capacity is 15m, box wall panels are made of 3mm stainless steel plates, guide cloth roller diameter is 150mm, Center distance between upper and lower rows of rollers is 1000mm, guide roller adopts mechanical seal, ball bearing, ensure smooth operation of fabrics. Variable tension applicator placed inside of the box to reduce energy consumption. Boxes-by-two-roller set the water separating plate, producing back countercurrent flow, back flow between the combined cabinets step by step, ensuring good washing results and economical energy consumption. Direct steam heating inside the box, direct steam tube equipped with double pipe, reducing fluctuation from steam to water, with temperature display panels and double-sided large windows to easily observe the running of fabric; window sealing loop choose ring-type silicon rubber sealing ring.

High order (head) liquid padder
This device consists of shell body, roller, dip-squeeze system, and transmission parts, etc. Mutual pressure of two parallel nip rollers are controlled by atmospheric pressure device, the bottom is equipped with multi-padding trough, fabrics are pulled by squeeze nip after coming into padding trough, and output by guide roller, control the liquid by squeeze nip pressure. You can achieve the processing effect of increasing fluid capacity; the liquor retention of fabric can reach 125%
MH983 double-layer screen belt and lamination type steaming box
Structure of enclosure adopts building block type, making the transportation and installation of big enclosure easily.
Enclosure adopts 3MM stainless steel plate, the cloth capacity of pre-steaming zone is 60 meters, the cloth capacity of steaming zone is 60 meters, the cloth capacity of stainless steel screen belt is adjustable in the range of 4500 m, working temperature is 100 ℃, the bottom is steaming seal cloth feeding and into the water seal cloth out. Observation window sealing ring type structure, with temperature and pressure display, optional automatic temperature control
Box internal tight type pre steam segment guide roller diameter is 180mm, the distance between upper and lower row guide cloth roller is 950mm, synchronization drag used multi- points dispersed total source asynchronous motor drive, choosing specific of three-phase reduction motor and unique active compounded roller body, which has reduced track slip coefficient, can effectively balance the direction and deformation of low tension during the operation. Performance good balance ability of moment of rotation and tension, which making the system has a good ability of anti-wrinkle.
The cropping and swing inside the steaming box adopt actively expanding roller, Cook fabric drop cloth smooth, well-formed, easy to steam turbine core, using double-layer latticed structures can not only increase the amount of capacity, but also good for evenly steam of up and down batching-up fabric.
Fabrics piled up neatly, the thickness of the fabric and stacking amount can be adjusted, and can be set on the computer screen.
The bottom water tank of steam box is directly heated by steam and produce saturated steam, the separating concave-convex structure of bottom water tank can increase stiffness of resistance deformation of the enclosure.
In the bottom water tank flank of steam box is equipped with cleanness holes, cleaning the bottom timely without dismantling screen belt.
At the end of laminating steam box is equipped with photo switch, can adjust posterior segment speed automatically. When the cloth batch amount exceeds the rated max position, the machine display alarm information and stop automatically.

MH616 drying cylinder dryer
Drying cylinder chamber is steel-framed, no closure, oblique top includes anti-drip steam heating system, and oblique top is equipped with exhaust fairings. Stainless steel drying cylinder diameter is 570mm, belt transmission and shield handrail. Concentrated drainage, each column is equipped with a thermodynamic steam trap and walking board.
Outlet assembly
The frame adopts steel folded plate, the outlet assembly select swing device, single motor.
