Main structure features:

• Inlet device

Inlet frame is made of steel plate, equipped with cloth tensioner, guiding roller, edge guider etc.

• Padder

HFM512 2-roller padder: the rated pressure up to 3 tons, single squeeze nip, using underneath press type, upper rollers are steel rollers, driven by inverter motor reducer transmission, steel roller diameter 225mm, outsourcing 2mm stainless steel plate. Lower roller is rubber roller, diameter 250mm, rubber material is nitrile-butadiene rubber, rubber coating thickness is about 18mm. Upper and lower squeeze roller body is made of seamless steel pipe, pipe wall thickness is 28 mm. Transmission power is 2.2 KW.

HFM513 3-roller padder: the rated pressure up to 5 tons, double squeeze nip. First and second rollers are rubber rollers, middle roller is steel roller. Upper rubber roller is main driven roller, diameter 300mm, rubber material is nitrile-butadiene rubber, rubber coating thickness is about 20 mm. Transmission power is 5.5 KW.

• MH915 Steam washing box

① Stainless steel wall plate thickness: 3mm, guiding roller Φ150mm

② The centering distance between upper and lower roller is 1000mm, uses mechanical seal.

③ Box is provided with water, currents, combines stop-motion between the Cabinet back and can ensure good washing results and economical energy consumption;

④ Direct steam heating inside the box, direct the steam tube equipped with double casing, shock from steam to water fluctuations.

• MH616 cylinder type drying machine

Three columns, each column 10 drying, drying oven is a steel frame structure, no closure, oblique top with anti-drip steam heating system, lifter structure equipped with exhaust fairings. Stainless steel drying 570mm, drive belts, transmission shield bars. Concentrated drainage, each column a thermodynamic type trap, and has walked the runway.

• Outlet device

Frame is steel folded plate structure, out of mercy cloth used cloth, built-in motor drive.
