Application:

  This machine is used to singe the fabrics like tubular pure cotton and weft cotton polyester, to remove the impurities and pile in the surface of fabrics.

The main technical parameters:

1. Machine’s form: open-width feeding fabrics with tubular kind, open-width doffing fabrics with tubular kind.

2. Machine direction: left-hand or right-hand

3. Machine’s speed: 50- 100m/min

5. Form and fabric passing method: two burners (radiant type), double faced (one positive and one reverse)

6. Compressed pressure from burner to cylinder: 0.245Mpa

7. Heating resource: Liquefied gas or gasoline (the gasoline gasification device is self-cared by  users).

The structure of the machine:

1.  Machine frame: mainly uses the structural steel shapes, mainly on channels steel.

2.  Expanding device: use a pair of circular guide, on two side hemisphere bearing ring.

3.  Burner: each burner contains one burner and one nozzle. The burner body is made of cast iron, inside is two cooling water channels, both ends of the burner body have one cut-off value for adjusting the frame width. The nozzle is punched by about 2000 pieces of 0.8mm stainless steel plates, crossly stacked with each other. The turning of burn is controlled by cylinder, and is equipped with a fixed fire angle adjusting device.

4. Pipeline: the host is mainly made of Φ2″welding tube, and is provided with a mixer, a stop fire extinguishers and an anti-explosion device of electromagnetic value, the roller pipe in the burner is Φ570mm and is equipped with a injector.

5. Hood: is made of 1.5mm stainless steel, on the top is axial flow fan.

6. Fire extinction: is made of 2mm stainless steel, there is one door at each feeding and outlet direction, it is easy to dismantle, the cover can be opened entirely, inside the box is two row hole steam jacket pipe, is all made of stainless steel.

7. Actively expanding supporting plate: is made up of over-feeding wheel, supporting plate and telescopic bar, the telescopic bar has four standards, adapting range: 14″～55″.

8. Others: the feed water device’s material is stainless steel.
