Description

To the flat yarn, which is used for decorating, such as top grade glass fibers, woven geotextile, carpet backing cloth, packaging bags, the machine is used for directly warping.

Main technical features

The whole machine adopts Germany Siemens PLC control, integrative design of mechanical, electrical, gas, liquid, high degree of automation, stable and reliable.

Pieces of yarn tension control adopts multi-rollers device, the pieces of yarn tension is uniform and adjustable.

Tension roller can up and down automatically, absolute synchronization.

The winding of warp beam adopts frequency conversion motor, transmission tension is driven by special vector quantity frequency conversion, controlled by PLC, reaching the constant pieces of yarn tension of the winding of warp, the speed of winding is constant and stepless.

Pneutronic pressure, the compression roll pressure is adjustable, making weaving winding formation. Compression width is automatically adjusted. (all Italy-type)

Hydraulic-type warp beam change and mechanical loom clamps. (all Italy-type)

Width is electrical and adjustable to meet different types of loom and width requirements

Host pieces of Reed, and equipped with traversing devices and adjustable stroke, it guarantees uniform winding, weaving formation.

Using side-by-side type creel stand, Creel stand has a large capacity.

Bobbin with radial direction of unwinding, a single cone equipped with a pneumatic brake equipment and broken-end stop motion. (all United States-Bernard type)

Using static elimination device, but on each floor of creel stand also use static elimination devices to meet the technological requirements.

With the function of warp knitting and piece-length, it can stop automatically.  The length error is less than ±2%.Setting the warp knitting and piece-length according to technological requirements, when the whole warp length reached, it can park automatically.

Using imported large screen (10.4-inch) touch screen, Chinese text dedication. Makes it easy to set up and display a variety of parameters such as: the length, speed, tension, bending yield and efficiency

Omni-directional fault detection and diagnosis functions inoperable when the machine fails, it can tell you the fault causes and removing methods.
