This machine is after my company absorbing foreign imported mercerizing equipment’s features, independent designed and developed.

This machine is mainly used in mercerizing craft for cotton yarn and linen yarn. It uses chemicals such as caustic soda and rope tension strength of the machine to change the yarn surface character, aided by Singeing process to improve surface quality of the yarn in the preceding process, coupled with new jet dyeing process to prompt its dyeing process with reactive dyes attach to the product itself, to reach the porosity of deep and indelible dye, therefore mercerizing products will appear as bright as silk.

Main features:

Full automatic control to guarantee each vat’s mercerizing quality. It is PLC automatic controlled, lye concentration automatic controlled to keep oil vat absolutely steady, each bundle’s constant lye concentration and steady mercerizing effect. This machine can give the rein to fiber’s high quality process (dyeing, luster, hygroscopicity, tension, etc) and improve textile dyeing. Leavening process can also be used to prevent dye waste. This is really a epoch-making mercerizing device.

Best quality and convenient usage. There are more than 20 processes in the machine. You can compare and choose by yourself. Also you can install the new process into the machine using touch screen. What the operators need to do is yarn loading and unloading. The machine will accomplish other operations automatically.

Special designed with best quality central working box is made by 316L high quality stainless steel. Main oil box is quipped with special cooling devices to guarantee stability of hydraulic system and able to stand wear and tear.
