Inspection: 5-50 m/min with smooth rotation speed control.

Winding speed: 5-80 m/min. Speed is adjusted by the means of a potentiometer.

Workflow

Inspection: Roll of fabric is passed onto the inspection table freely by a group of rollers. Fabric is inspected over an inspection table that has overhead and bottom lighting. After the inspection the fabric is put into J.box compensator by a group of pulling rollers.

Doubling and roller winding:  Fabric pulled out of the J.box compensator is doubled with a triangle device.

• The roller ends must be cut with a moving blade.
• Fabric must be automatically winded into rolls of preselected length.

Fabric input 

Fabric must pass the tensioning system and proceed to the inspection table. Fabric is taken from freely rotating rollers on a-frames or “book” fold from carts. Roller diameter 1800 mm (weight 1750 kg)
